Important Notice for My Account Users:
On September 1, 2015, Norfolk Power will fully transition over to Hydro One. We are working closely with Hydro One to make this a smooth transition for you and we look forward to continuing to serve you as Hydro One employees.
The Norfolk Power My Account website will no longer be available after September 30, 2015. Please download any copies of bills and electricity use data that you would like to save from My Account. This information will not be transferred to Hydro One.
Your electricity bill:
Starting with your September 2015 electricity bill, all customers will revert back to a paper bill. If you would like to receive an electronic Hydro One bill, you will need to sign up with the Canada Post epost service after receiving your first paper bill from Hydro One.
Your water/wastewater bill (if applicable):
Starting in September, you will be billed separately for electricity and water services. You will receive your electricity bill from Hydro One and your water and wastewater bill from Norfolk Water and Wastewater. Starting with your first bill, your water/wastewater bills will come in paper format. Norfolk Water and Wastewater will not be offering an ePost option at this time.
Time-of-Use electricity data:
Once you receive your first Hydro One paper bill, you will be able to register for the Hydro One My Account online service, where you can track your electricity usage in real time to see if you are taking advantage of low prices during off-peak periods. With Hydro One My Account, you can also view and update your account and billing information.
